The end of the school year has come and gone, and although this year was different than any other, KidsTek was still able to award laptops to many deserving students.
Meghan Lang, Program Manager at KidsTek, spent several days over the last couple weeks delivering laptops to the homes of KidsTek high school students who just completed their school year. “It is really fun to be the person who gets to deliver the laptops to all of our hardworking KidsTek students. There has not been many in-person opportunities for us to interact with the students this year, so handing these out has definitely been a highlight of the 20-21 school year for me.”
The recipients of the most recently distributed laptops were students from Denver North High School and Florence Crittenton High School. Students from Hinkley High received their laptops back in March when their class ended. Despite this entire school year being impacted by the Coronavirus, KidsTek was still able get computer hardware to a lot of Colorado students who needed it the most.
