KidsTek’s Student of the Month for February is Lesly Carranza-Abundiz. Lesly is a Junior at Florence Crittenton High School in Denver, currently enrolled in her second semester of class with KidsTek. She completed KidsTek’s Business Computing class last semester and became a pro in Microsoft Word. This semester, Lesly is a student in our new Life Skills Class offered at Florence Crittenton.
Lesly has a fun-loving personality and is always a joy to be around. She comes to class and works hard to complete her assignments, while also providing laughs for everyone. Emily Tow, KidsTek Instructor at Florence Crittenton shared, “Lesly is an enthusiastic, bright student and always comes in with a smile. Her creativity and positive attitude are a wonderful addition to our class.”
Lesly wants to study to become a psychologist in the future, which matches her kind and caring personality. She said her favorite part about being involved in KidsTek is meeting new people and learning so much about how to use Windows, Microsoft Office and other technology.
Congrats, Lesly! Keep up the great work!
