Honesty Bravo is a senior at Florence Crittenton High School in Denver, currently enrolled in KidsTek’s 21st Century Skills class. Honesty is a hard worker who brings a calming, smiling presence everywhere she goes. KidsTek Instructor, Emily Tow said, “Honesty is a bright, driven young woman. She works hard and is dedicated to providing a good life for herself and her children. Honesty always brings levity and unique perspectives to our class discussions and is a vital part of our classroom community.”
Some of Honesty’s favorite things to do outside of school are play with her kids and catch up on some much needed sleep. Honesty shared that her time at Florence Crittenton in the CNA program has helped her to stay motivated in pushing toward her future goals. She hopes to work in a hospital, as a medical assistant next year and work toward her goal of eventually become a labor and delivery nurse.
KidsTek Program Manager, Meghan Lang said, “One thing that is so special about Honesty, is that she can always find the humor in a situation. She comes to class each day with a smile, even when she is tired or overwhelmed.”
Congrats, Honesty!
