Some exciting transitions are happening within the KidsTek staff at PCs for People. Over the last five and a half years, Meghan Lang has been serving as Program Manager for KidsTek. This week, Meghan will officially make a move over to become Manager of Business Development at PCs for People. While she is ready for this new role, Meghan stated, “I am very excited for this transition and ready for a new challenge, but it is bittersweet because my time spent as Program Manager has been such a worthwhile and fun journey! Thank goodness that we have a spectacular replacement and I have all the confidence that the KidsTek program will continue to thrive with her stepping into this new role.”
Alyssa Sellwood will take over as Program Manager with KidsTek and we could not be happier to have her. Alyssa is a Colorado native who studied psychology and child development at CU Denver. She has experience working with Sylvan Learning, a tutoring center that works with all ages and all subjects to help enhance the learning experience. Andrew Bissland, Program Director at KidsTek, reflected on the last couple of weeks during Alyssa’s orientation, “We are thrilled to have Alyssa join our team! In her short time with us so far, she has been a positive presence in the classroom and we can already see how much she enjoys working with students!”
Congratulations to Meghan and Alyssa, we wish you the best of luck in your new roles at KidsTek and PCs for People!
