After a busy summer of camps and high school programs, KidsTek kicked off its school-year programs at Aurora’s Hinkley High School, Aurora Central High School and Denver’s High Tech Early College (HTEC) this week. Nina Amey is teaching the Cisco Academy classes at the Aurora sites and Julie Siwanowicz is teaching both an IT Essentials class and a Cisco Discovery class at HTEC. More than 50 students expressed interest in Julie’s classes and this year KidsTek is taking on a student intern at the school. After-school programs for elementary, middle and high schools will start in September. Good luck, instructors and students!
